Scalp pimples?

I have recently been getting pimples and big zits on my scalp and around my hair line. Some are very sore. I havent changed shampoo or anything. Any ideas what could be causing this?

    It could be a number of things… your scalp producing too much oil can cause them. To fix that you may need to just wash your hair more. Or it could be a real health problem. Try washing your hair more and see if it works, or change to a shampoo for oily hair. If that doesnt work you should contact your doctor
